RPP3: Daily Dev Blog Post 03

Welcome to Day 3!

Today's theme is organization! Our programmer created a file structure for us to work in on Perforce (Thanks, Michael!), John Thomas and I created a detailed production schedule in Excel, and our Trello board is set up and ready for use!

Yesterday I created a level mock up based on what we discussed in our meeting and represented each object in the level with proxy art. Proxy art, or programmer art, usually refers to simple shapes with a solid color that are used as super simple visual placeholders for the final art assets. We can now create this level in Unity and easily replace the proxy art with the final art as it's finished.

See you tomorrow for another Daily Dev update, where we'll decide on an art style and start working on the mechanics of our game!

Today's Bonus Content is our Trello board!
A Trello board is a project management tool available online that allows members of a team to create and monitor the in-progress and complete tasks of a project.

Follow this link to check out our tasks and keep track of our progress!
